In 2002 to 2003, the school’s reputation spread widely across the Nonthaburi province and was quickly accepted, by parents, as a school dedicated to offering a high standard of education and "nurturing" for their children. As a result of this the number of students reached around 2,300.Meanwhile, new trends caused by globalisation such as ICT and the interdependency internationally for business co-operation, created the need for an effective means of "borderless communication", which was quickly established as  “the need to communicate in a universal Language", such as the English Language, Thus, Kasintorn St. Peter School decided to establish the "English Program" for its students and used the English Language as the medium of instruction for most curriculum subject areas, except for areas concerning  Thai identity, culture and security. In 2004, Kasintorn St. Peter School’s "English Program" was accredited by  the Ministry of Education of Thailand.

In 2006, the school has 2,923 students in the Thai program and 326 students in the English program, because of the increase of English program students, the school decided to build new a 7 storey building, later name "St.Jacob"

In 2008, the numbers of students reached 3,610, which consisted of 3,169 students in the Thai program and 441 students in the English program. This year, Kasintorn St. Peter has opened for the first time, Matayom 4 level (Gr.10 Thai Program) which has two curricula, these are, the Math-Science Program and the English-Math Program.
